At Furniturelanddist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and pack it securely in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, we will help you coordinate a professional freight pickup from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
